Shipping

Please allow 3-5 days for us to pack your order (1-3 weeks during sale periods), if it’s super urgent just add a comment and we try our best to accommodate your request.

Your order will be sent from Mollymook Beach NSW, Australia. Please allow 3-5 extra days for delivery to WA, NT, and Northern QLD. 

We offer standard shipping on all orders Australia wide.

We use Australia Post for all International deliveries.

  • AU shipping $10 usually takes 1-5 days
  • International shipping $25 usually takes 10-28 days
  • Pre-orders usually pre-order takes around 3-6 weeks (please refer to each product for the exact dates)
  • Import taxes, duties and fees are collected at the checkout for USA for a seamless, hassle-free delivery.

Rest of world orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If a customer refuses import duties and taxes, the shipment will be abandoned or destroyed and Zaziba Studio will not issue a refund or resend the items.

If an Australia Post package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a store credit however this credit will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be credited the order subtotal, before shipping. 

Zaziba Studio is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.


US Tarrifs:

We do not charge extra fees for USA Tarrifs.

We kindly remind you that parcels not collected or cleared through customs are unfortunately treated as abondoned and destroyed by US authorities. In these cases, refunds /replacments cannot be issued.

Return for refund will incur a restocking fee of 10% of total order value to cover the tarrifs paid on your behalf.


Return for Refund

If you change your mind we are happy to issue a refund for *full priced items* within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn and all labels are still attached. If outside of 7 days, we offer a credit note for returns within 14 days of receipt, these are valid for 1 year and are processed 10 days after receiving the garment back at our studio.

Can I use a welcome code and still get a refund?

- yes, you are still eligible for a refund if you use a first order welcome code.

Please make sure you send us an email on returns@zaziba.com.au  to let us know your tracking details as we cannot be held responsible for lost post.

AU - Please remember to send us a pre-paid and self addressed satchel so we can return your size. For International customers we will send you a return postage invoice.

All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of Zaziba Studio.

Made-to-Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. 

  • Any purchases made during promotional periods such as EOFY 2026 (10 June -14 June 2026) /Lucky Dip Sale, Black Friday 2025 (code:BF30) /MID YEAR SALE 2026, BFCM, Buy1 get 50%Off 2nd item promo, and Vogue Online Shopping Night are only eligible for size exchange of the same style while stocks last and will not be refunded or credited unless faulty. 
  • For “Buy 2 for 30% Off” purchases, if one item is returned, the 30% discount will be removed and the remaining item will be charged at full price. Your refund will be the difference between the promotional purchase price and the full-price item retained.
  • *We only accept 1 code per order, no two codes can be combined.
  • No discount codes are accepted during the EOFY 2026 (10 June - 14 June 2026) as the sale will be sitewide.
  • *Tariffs cannot be refunded as it's a tax individual countries impose on their own citizens.

Sale Items

Please choose carefully as marked down Sale items are priced for final sale, no returns are accepted; we can try to find a size exchange for sale items until stocks last (see Exchanges below), but we unfortunately cannot do refunds or credit notes on Sale items as they are priced as final sales.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange size or colour within 7 days of receipt.

Please send us a pre-paid & pre-addressed satchel so we can send you your exchange as speedily as possible.

United States Exchanges

Sadly we are unable to accept size/style exchanges from the USA due to the complication of tariff collection for the returned parcel.

We suggest you make a new order for the new size you need, and return the item you no longer want for a refund. If you have purchased a new size, we will waiver the 10% restocking fee.


Faulty Goods

We check each and every garment before we ship it to you, but if one faulty item happens to slip past us we will happily exchange the item within 7 days. Please email us on returns@zaziba.com.au

What is the turnaround time on made-to-order pieces?

Given our commitment to craftsmanship & quality, these pieces can take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete and ship. A notification of shipment will be delivered to your email once your piece is dispatched. 

What is a pre-order?

Occasionally, a new design may sell out faster than expected. When this happens, we may reopen the style as a Pre-Order so you can secure your size before the next production run is completed.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all Pre-Orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

We always aim to provide the most accurate estimated delivery timeframe possible, however delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Currency, Taxes, Tariffs and Duty

Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.

International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties. No refunds/credit notes will be issued on international parcels being returned due to unpaid customs duty as this is the responsibility of the customer.

We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments.

Tarrifs:

Tarrifs are taxes charged by the recipent's country. These duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver, these are paid by you to your government to release your imported items.

We kindly remind you that parcels not collected or cleared through customs are unfortunately treated as abondoned and destroyed by authorities. In these cases, refunds /replacments cannot be issued.

If a parcel is returned to us due to tariffs /import duties not paid by the receiver, we will refund the order excluding shipping and a restocking fee of 10% of total order value.


Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for one year from the date of issue during which we will have many beautiful collections arriving.


Stolen or Damaged Parcels 

Your order is carefully packed and shipped with Australia post, once your order leaves our warehouse and is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for its safe and timely delivery shifts to the courier company. Zaziba Studio does not guarantee delivery dates or timeframes.
Zaziba Studio is not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping process, including but not limited to lost packages, or delays.

We encourage you to first check with your neighbours or family members before contacting us with lost parcel queries, as we find 90% of parcels are found this way. We will assist with any information needed for you to open a lost parcel ticket with Australia Post.


Refunds

As a small business who only produces a few units per style we would love for you to choose a credit note instead of a refund. Refunds are available on full priced items only, within 7 days of receipt.
