If you change your mind we are happy to issue a refund for *full priced items* within 7 days of receipt, as long as the item is unworn and all labels are still attached.

All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of Zaziba Studio.
We are happy to exchange size or colour within 7 days of receipt.Please send us a pre-paid & pre-addressed satchel so we can send you your exchange as speedily as possible.
Purchasing a pre-order item allows you to secure your size, ahead of the piece being available for delivery.
Full payment is required for Pre-order, and notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once dispatched.

Made to Order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit.
Given our commitment to craftsmanship & quality, these pieces can take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete and ship. A notification of shipment will be delivered to your email account once your piece is dispatched.
Please choose carefully as marked down Sale items are priced for final sale, no returns are accepted; we can try to find a size exchange for sale items until stocks last, but we unfortunately cannot do refunds or credit notes on Sale items as they are priced as final sales.
If you place an order with items that are in stock (ready to ship), along with Pre-order items (varied delivery timeframes, but usually 3-6wks) your order will be sent all together once the pre-ordered items arrive.
We suggest to place 2 separate orders.
